Dr. Jeffrey P. Buzen
Internationally Recognized Performance Analysis Expert
Jeff Buzen is a leading industry analyst and speaker and is perhaps best known as Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of BGS Systems, which was sold to BMC. He was the original architect of the BEST/1 product family. Jeff has also served as President of the Computer Measurement Group (CMG), a not-for-profit worldwide organization of data processing professionals committed to the measurement and management of computer systems. He has been actively involved in the analysis of system performance since the 1960s, and has received several honors for his work including the 1978 A.A. Michelson Award.
Dr. Claudia Imhoff

Claudia Imhoff is President of Intelligent Solutions, which provides data management consulting, education and literature to business and government organizations worldwide. A thought leader, visionary and practitioner in the rapidly growing fields of business intelligence and customer focused-strategy, Claudia is a popular and dynamic speaker and internationally recognized expert on analytical CRM, business intelligence, and the infrastructure to support these initiatives. She has co-authored five highly regarded and popular books on these subjects and writes monthly columns for technical and business magazines. Claudia has served on the Board of Advisors for DAMA International and was chosen by the DAMA organizations to receive the 1999 Individual Achievement Award. She is an advisor and a faculty member for The Data Warehousing Institute and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.
Dan Kaberon
EMC Corporation
Before joining EMC, Dan was Director of Computer Resource Management at the global human resources services firm Hewitt Associates LLC. He is a member of two IBM customer councils, and has frequently presented at SHARE and CMG. Dan manages teams responsible for a wide range of systems infrastructure and systems management.
