BEZVision™ dashboard reports are combined with professional services expertise to form a powerful PaaS program that can help ensure SLA compliance and reveal areas in your system requiring further or deeper investigation through additional BEZVision analysis.

Performance as a Service Programs

In order to tightly focus on your specific needs while still maintaining a high degree of flexibility, BEZ offers both Level 1 and Level 2 PaaS programs:

Level 1 PaaS Program

The Level 1 PaaS Program uses analytics and automatic "what if" queries to determine when and what type of database performance problem will occur, but does not directly address or provide remedial advice for how to minimize or completely avoid the problem.

The Level 1 PaaS Program includes the following:

• The BEZVision Performance Dashboard (automatically generated)
• Daily and weekly automated Service Reports
• Past, present and future "as-is"™ predictions
• Alerts in the form of SNMP traps or emails

Level 2 PaaS Program

While the Level 1 program is limited to determining when a problem will occur, the Level 2 PaaS Program focuses on what can be done to solve it. Level 2 is where the full power of the BEZVision prediction engine is employed to address either Basic or Advanced “what-if” questions, as follows:

The Level 2 Basic PaaS Program includes "what-if" questions that address:
